Sony Pictures Home Entertainment have announced the US DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of The Informers on 25th August 2009. Based on the novel by Bret Easton Ellis, this film starring Billy Bob Thornton, Kim Basinger, Winona Ryder and Mickey Rourke offers a new tale of 1980s Los Angeles as a lost generation drifts through a world of lust, greed and addiction.
