American History X for me! Great film, despite the fact the director tried to disown it ;)

I know it as The Assassin too, but that's just its UK title. It's an American film and its US title is Point of No Return.

I love Above the Law (Nico in the UK and still cut I think not 100% as I got the old R1 snapper years back) and Tango and Cash but I am not sure I am going to upgrade my DVDs of these until I read reviews. I have to resist the temptation to just buy my entire back catalog.

I have the R4 of Tango and Cash and its uncut and anamorphic but people with the cut UK DVD or the non-anamorphic R1 will be tempted by it more than me.

I will get Point of No Return (its a remake and the original is better but still its not too bad for a Friday night in) and Collateral Damage as I don't have the DVDs of them. Im very tempted by the Wedding Singer as well as I dont have a DVD of that either. I have never seen Final Destination or 2010 so if the discs are good might try them as well so decent all round.

Itīs good to know that 2010 will be re-released in Blu-ray but they could make the same in DVD, letīs face it, this is a cult-mostly forgotten 25 years movie!Any edition released should be addressed to fans, not massive public looking for the latest blockbuster. Blu-ray is still a niche market, and besides highest definition I donīt think this release will justify the format, they should have released it DVD instead, I will not upgrade to a Blu-Ray player just because of this title!

Please, Warner, do us a favour: even if lacking in extras, give us a proper anamorphic DVD release!
