Verve Pictures have announced the UK DVD and Blu-ray Disc release of Copying Beethoven on 25th January 2010. Ed Harris stars as Ludwig van Beethoven alongside Diane Kruger as his copyist Anna in this drama that centres on the last years of Beethoven’s life.
Priced at £12.99 RRP on DVD and £17.99 RRP on Blu-ray Disc, extras include the original trailer and a short featurette “Orchestrating Copying Beethoven”. The DVD is presented in anamorphic widescreen with DD2.0 and DD5.1 audio. There are no subtitles. Blu-ray specs are TBC.
