Fox Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of In The Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale on 15th April 2008 priced at $27.98 SRP. Based on the “Dungeon Siege” video game series and directed by Uwe Boll, the harrowing journey of In The Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale begins as a hardworking family man (Jason Statham) becomes a reluctant warrior after an evil sorcerer (Ray Liotta) sends an army of murderous beasts to ransack his peaceful village and capture his wife (Claire Forlani).
The film is presented in 2.35:1 anamorphic widescreen with English DD5.1 Surround audio and English and Spanish subtitles. Extras include deleted/extended scenes, an extensive behind-the-scenes featurette and trailers.
