Volume 3 was also 13 episodes.

Interesting to see that they are advertising it as the first 13 episodes of Season 5, wasnt the last UK Boxset released called Season 5? should that have been Season 4 Part 2?

Yeah it should have really, but the numbering system on the Family Guy releases between UK/US has always been off. It doesn't help that Fox's broadcasting of the new episodes in the US has been very fragmented, with the Season 5 episodes often referred to as Season 6 because of this.

Actually no this isnt the shortest set-What this announcement fails to state is that Volume 5(R1) includes 16 Episodes. Stewie B.Goode, Bango Was his Name-Oh, and Stu and Stewie's Excellent Adventure are confirmed to be in this set as well as Stewie Loves Lois through Bill and Peter's Bogus Journey(Season 5). Please stop talking about the numbering because we all know how it works by now(this is the aired "movie" episodes and the first 13 from season 5).

To clear up any confusions, "Blue Harvest" will be the Season 6 Premiere which is a Star Wars one hour special episode(sept 07) on a side note- Robot Chicken Season 2 has been announced for Sept. 4!!

It says that it is supposed to spread across three discs-I don't get why DVD Times shows only 2 Discs containing the 13th episodes(?!) Second of all, Family Guy Volume 5 already has confirmed front artwork that has yet to be posted on this site....oh well, for those that love Family Guy(like me) it has recently been signed on for a 7th season(2008) following Season 6(premieres Sept.23,2007)with "Blue Harvest" followed by "Movin' Out(Brian's Song)"

Isn't the cover art basically a variation of the theme used for the older set?

(Rumour) The image has been changed to a slightly altered version of this cover. Who knows but either way...If you really love Family Guy, (who cares how many episodes are in the set-They want to keep it 13 episodes to follow with the other DVD's starting with season 4(13) season 4 part II set (14) and now this) you should BUY THIS SET! I already have it pre-ordered and can't wait for it to arrive in the mail!!
