So they're sticking with the engrish-sounding "The look and sound of perfect" then?

Argh, it looks so dumb! If it said perfection, it'd be a bit more bearable, but either way it looks stupid.

"The look and sound of perfect"

AARGH! I'm just going to try and block that phrase from my mind. The covers don't say that, nope, nope they don't.....

I know we've gone on about it being crap, I'm just expressing how suprised they've kept the bloody thing after Blu-Ray had the sense to change their stupid slogan ("Beyond High Definition" or something).

Whats the point of the combo? Surely people are buying HD-DVDS so they don't have to buy the standard definitions anymore....

The look and sound of perfect, sure until the next format comes along....

It's intended as a stepping stone: those who don't have an HD DVD player can pick up a combo disc, and then, when they eventually upgrade, in theory they'll already have a library of HD discs.

If that were true they wouldn't keep putting the extras solely on the inaccessible to DVD owners HD-DVD side.

I'm willing to be it's the same collector's market who watches extras are the same market who is most interested in HD. Those who don't care about extras anyway are unlikely to care HD in the place. In short putting the extras only on the HD side prevents many from being interested in said upgrade path (myself included).

Great to see they've made the common sense thing and out the extras for Scorpion King on the DVD side, even if it was actually just a cost saving exorcise.

Wow, not only are they crapping out the Scorpion King again, but they are making it a combo. What, do they think those who didn't waste their money on it the first time on DVD are actually going to purchase a combo?
