I'm guessing Waterworld will also be the Theatrical Cut?

Still can't believe their slogan. It still wouldn't be great, but surely it should be "The Look and Sound of Perfection"?

Yeah, it sounds ridiculous. Can't believe it got through quality control without anyone picking it up.

the more i look at hd-dvd covers the more i hate them. hate on blu-ray all you want but blu-ray covers are clean and simple. the only thing obscuring the cover art is the silver part on the bottom that says 'experience high definition'. hd-dvd has all this silver crap on the sides cutting off even more of the cover art in addition to the horrible engrish slogan.

Take it you haven't seen Disney's Blu-ray covers then. ;) It varies from studio to studio: Universal pepper their covers with crap, but Warner's are much cleaner.

I believe the rights for that film reverted back to Marvel, who are now free to shop it around. Chances are it'll show up somewhere else at a later date.
