Star Wars: Clone Wars Volume 1 in March

Fox Home Entertainment have announced the Region 1 DVD release of Star Wars: Clone Wars Volume 1 for 22nd March 2005 priced at $14.98 SRP. The Star Wars saga continues with Volume 1 of Star Wars: Clone Wars. All of the epic adventures from Episode II that lead directly into the amazing events in Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith are retold here. You'll also be introduced to new planets, creatures, ships, villains and Jedi, including the first glimpse of General Grievous, the new super-villain for the next Star Wars movie.

All 19 three-minute chapters and the five-minute long Chapter 20 of the first round of Star Wars: Clone Wars are gathered together in this release. Directed by Genndy Tartakovsky with Art Direction by Paul Rudish, the Clone Wars series are a fresh, stylized take on Star Wars that remains true to the spirit of the saga.
